I tried intuitive eating
 “just make peace with food, Kennedy.” I tried every diet that promised to “fix” me. Hell, I even ate a pescatarian diet for 10 YEARS, masking it as a “healthy choice” just so I could eliminate entire food groups. I thought, “If I don’t eat meat, maybe my late-night McDonald’s runs won’t be that bad!” đŸ˜”â€đŸ’«

But I knew one thing for sure — I needed to relate to food differently.

So I created the 9 đŸȘŹ Hungers we Mindfully Eat with + that’s what finally helped me stop binging, view food in a whole new way, and regain belief in myself. And that belief? It’s the biggest gift binge eating ever gave me.
